We recently completed a servo press robot integration project designed to automate a high-precision forming process. The system features a 6-axis industrial robot programmed to load and unload parts into a servo-driven press, ensuring repeatable accuracy, synchronized timing, and minimal cycle times. Vision sensors verify part orientation and quality before pressing, while safety interlocks and guarding systems ensure operator protection and compliance with industry standards. The turnkey solution not only increased throughput and consistency but also reduced labor requirements and improved overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
